Stack	Hand-built in plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript. No page builder, no plugins, self-hosted fonts. Served from a fast global hosting network, with HTTPS on every page. Forms are handled server-side with privacy-friendly spam protection and reliable email delivery. A secure, managed database only when a site needs logins or stored data.
Page types	Each page type is a reusable template built from one shared component library. A repeat page is a new content entry on an existing template, so it adds content, not design or code. Up to 15 templates per site.
Performance	Lightweight pages, images sized for each screen at build time. Core Web Vitals checked on phone and desktop before launch.
Accessibility	Built to WCAG 2.2 AA basics: contrast, form labels, keyboard use and image descriptions.
Ownership	Domain registered in the client's name. Content, photos and analytics data belong to the client. Sites are built and hosted on our hosting; clients don't get hosting logins. Clients can ask for the complete source code and files at any time and receive them within 5–7 business days, to use however they like.
Care plan covers	Hosting, SSL renewal, uptime checks every minute with follow-up, security and dependency updates, backups, broken-link checks and fixes, 30 minutes of changes a month, monthly report, and up to 10,000 visits a month (then $10 per extra 5,000).
Backups	Every release is kept and can be rolled back instantly. Databases are backed up daily and kept for 7 days.
Response and uptime	Small changes within 3 business days on Website Care. Alerts on any outage, with follow-up. Work beyond a plan is quoted before it starts.
