Do I own it?
You own your domain, your words, your photos and your analytics data from day one. We build your site and host it on our hosting, so hosting logins stay with us and there is nothing for you to manage. Ask for your complete source code and files any time; we deliver them within 5–7 business days. They're yours to use however you like.
Can I update it myself?
Most people just send us the change. Up to 30 minutes of changes a month is included, done within 3 business days. Because we host your site, we make the changes for you, so there is nothing for you to log in to or maintain.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo and photos (or we pick free stock photos with you), the words for each page or answers to our short questionnaire, access to your domain (or we help you buy one in your name), and feedback within 5 business days of each preview.
What's a page type?
A page type is the design for one kind of page, like Home, About, a Service page, a Blog post or Contact. Your package includes up to 15 different page types. Once a page type exists, more pages that use it don't count toward the 15. Send us the words and photos and we add them for you: $50 a page, or use your monthly change time.
What if I want to leave?
Cancel with 30 days' notice, and we hand over the complete source code and files to use with any host or developer. You don't need to leave to get them: ask any time, and we deliver them within 5–7 business days.
Could my bill ever go up?
Only in exceptional cases, and we'll tell you before anything is billed. Your monthly price covers normal hosting, security, backups, email sending for your forms, and up to 10,000 visits a month; busier months are $10 for each extra 5,000. Extra charges apply only for very heavy use, like large video or file downloads, large online stores, high-volume forms or attack traffic, or for premium outside services you ask for. Domain renewals and payment processing fees are always separate. Prices stay the same for 12 months, and any later change comes with 30 days' notice. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes.
What if my site gets busy?
Website Care covers up to 10,000 visits a month. In a busier month, it's $10 for each extra 5,000 visits.
How much does a website cost?
Refresh All-In is $1,000 plus $150 a month. New Website All-In is $1,500 plus $150 a month. All-In + Reputation is $1,500 plus $350 a month. Each includes up to 15 page types. Ask about payment plans.
Do prices change?
Prices stay the same for 12 months. After that, any change from our providers comes with 30 days' notice. Your domain is registered in your name and you hold it. We connect it to your site and email for you.

Do you guarantee search rankings?
No. Search engines and answer platforms control their own results. We focus on the work that improves your chances and report on it each month.
